Team strengths workshop

What does this workshop hold for you and your team – and what can you expect?

During this one-day team strengths workshop, you and your team will discover your individual talents as well as your collective talent profile as a team. Team members learn how to transform their talents into strengths. The team hence takes a first step towards strengths-based collaboration.

 

How will we collaborate?

During a bilateral preliminary talk, you as the team leader will with my support determine your current team situation, your objectives for the day and evaluate the status quo.
Afterwards, each team member including yourself completes the Clifton Strengths 34 talent assessment and self-studies the main 34-report.

During our workshop, we will discover the team members’ diverse talents together.
Each team members and the team as a unit learns how to foster these talents into true strengths. And once we are conscious of our strengths, we can use them purposefully and productively to succeed together.

 

What will change thanks to this workshop?

Your team knows its strengths and can use them in a targeted way. You speak a common strengths language.
Thus, each team member can deliver a stronger performance everyday with at the same time more ease and wellbeing.

 

What happens after the workshop?

After the workshop, it is up to you and your team to continue to use and implement your learnings into your daily work.


If desired, I gladly continue to accompany you selectively or during new challenges to support you in anchoring a strengths-based approach.

Framework

This workshop is best held with teams between 3 and 15 people. However, shall your team comprise more people, we will find a solution together. Ideally, the workshop takes place in person but can also be conducted online.
Each person receives a training certificate.
